AppLedger ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. Our core desktop application and marketing website are designed with data isolation principles: we do not track your browsing activity across the web, sell visitor data, or utilize third-party advertising tracking scripts.
2. Information Collected via Contact & Pre-Booking Forms
When you voluntarily reach out to us using our contact form on contact or reserve early access via the pre-booking form on index, we collect:
- Full Name: To address you in our communications.
- Email Address: To send direct replies, reservation updates, and auto-reply confirmations.
- Role, Organization Name & Type: To categorize your team's early access deployment profile.
- Employee Count & Operational Reason: To prepare optimal onboarding guidance for your team.
- Subject & Message Content: To investigate and resolve your technical inquiry.
3. Data Retention
When you submit the contact form or early access pre-booking form, your submitted details (name, email address, role, organization, employee count, and message/reason) are sent directly via email to our support inbox (support@appledger.in). We do not store contact form or pre-booking form submissions in a separate database — the only record retained is the email itself, held for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your inquiry or facilitate early access deployment, consistent with normal email retention practices.
If you would like your submission and any related correspondence deleted from our records, you may request this at any time by emailing support@appledger.in, and we will honor the request within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Local Browser Storage & Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We utilize browser local storage technologies solely for UI state preferences:

5. Third-Party External Resources
To deliver clean typography, this website loads Google Fonts (Fraunces and Inter) from Google's CDN (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). No other external analytics (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) are loaded on this website.
